| Many of the cemetery residents have links with the sea, through career in the navy, the making of or sinking of ships, or accidental drowning in Sydney Harbour. Anchors, ships and naval objects are often used as part of a headstone or for commemoration. This anchor was from the Dunbar which was shipwrecked. |
